Things to know

When and where is the event taking place?

Date: Saturday, 12th July 2025
Venue: Barnet Playing Fields, Barnet Lane, EN5 2DW
Time: 12:00 noon – 8:00 PM (Last entry at 6:00 PM)

  • All guests aged 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Children aged 11 and under must also be accompanied by an adult.

  • Advance Tickets ONLY. Tickets will not be sold at the gate.

Tickets are available at the following prices:

    • £25 Tickets

    • £30 Tickets

    • £35 Tickets

    • £60 VIP Tickets

Official pre-booked On-Site event parking can be purchased through our website. There are significant parking restrictions, so we do not recommend driving unless you have an official event parking pass.

On-site car park tickets are only available in advance here.

FREE PARKING ALSO AVAILABLE – 12 – 15 Minutes Walk (Wyatt Farm Open Space, put the following postcode in your sav nav: N208QL)
You do not need to book this in advance. You can arrive at the car park on the day – please note, spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Every year, we work hard to make the Ghana Party as accessible as possible — and this year is no different! Please note: the walk to and from the Free Parking includes a hill and some uneven terrain.

Traffic enforcement will be in full operation on the day and cars will be fined and towed!

We strongly recommend unless you have purchased your car park tickets in advance that you travel via public transport.

The VIP ticket includes:

  • Fast-track VIP entrance

  • Access to VIP Bar & food vendors

  • Great view of the main stage

Ghana Party in the Park is a community and cultural event focused on family fun, cultural entertainment, and community celebration.
It is not an artist headliner event. Tickets purchased expecting headline artists are non-refundable.

Yes, there will be various food stalls and fully licensed bars inside the event grounds.
Please note:

    • No outside food, drinks, alcohol, glass, or bottles are permitted.

    • There is a Challenge 25+ policy at the bars.

    • Water stations will be available.

No. Alcohol, glass, or any bottles are strictly not allowed to be brought in. Alcohol will be sold at licensed bars inside the event.

Ghana Party in the Park has a strict NO tolerance policy on:

  • Drugs

  • Weapons

  • Anti-social behavior

All guests will be searched on entry.
Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or weapons will be handed over to the Police.

The festival welcomes disabled guests and will do its best to ensure accessibility.

There will be no cash machines on site.
We recommend bringing cash or payment cards.

Yes. For everyone’s safety, the following items are prohibited:

  • Pressurised gas canisters

  • Weapons

  • Legal highs

  • Liquids, gels, or lotions over 100ml

  • Glass containers of any size

  • Outside food & drinks (except baby food & prescribed medication)

  • Any harmful or offensive items

First Aid tents and aiders will be available throughout the event grounds.
Look out for signs or ask a member of staff if you require medical assistance.

Please keep your personal belongings safe and secure at all times.
Do not leave bags unattended.
The festival will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

All attendees are expected to:

  • Behave respectfully

  • Avoid anti-social behaviour

  • Respect local residents and park users

  • Avoid littering and noise disturbances

  • Follow all event rules and security procedures

Anyone not following these rules may be removed from the event or handed over to the Police.
